Do I need technical experience to use it?
No. The system is simple to use, and we provide onboarding and training to help you get started. If you can send a text message or email, you can use this platform.
Is this only for large organizations?
Not at all. This system was designed especially for small and mid-size churches that want better follow-up and organization without hiring extra staff.
Can I send text messages?
Yes. You can send individual texts, group messages, automated follow-ups, and event reminders directly from the system.
How is this different from Mailchimp or Planning Center?
Most tools handle email or people-tracking, not both, and
almost none include texting. This replaces all of it for one flat
monthly cost.
Is our church's information private and secure?
Yes. Your church's data is protected with enterprise-grade security, including independently audited (SOC 2 Type II) infrastructure, encrypted data transmission, and strict separation between every organization on the platform. No other church, member, or outside party can see your information, and it is never sold or shared.

This Is What You'll Need to Get Started
To activate texting and get your church fully set up, we'll need the following.
Most churches already have all of this on hand — it typically takes less than 10 minutes to gather.
Also, cancel anytime, no contract
Your church's legal name, exactly as it appears on your EIN paperwork.
Your EIN (Tax ID number).
Your church's physical address. (A P.O. Box cannot be used for this step)
Your church website URL.
A staff contact who can receive a one-time verification code by phone or email (this confirms you're a real organization to the carriers, a standard, one-time step for any organization that texts).
Your current member/attendee count, so we can set you up on the right plan.
Once we have these, we submit your church for carrier approval. This step is required by every phone carrier (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) for any
organization sending text messages, and typically takes 1-3 business days.
We handle the entire submission for you, this list is everything we need from your end.
